There are many ways to do something which takes planning, time, and energy. They come in many shapes and sizes. Some are big and required of you to have a large organization in order to pull it off. Others are very small and you only need to call somebody up. But in between are the opportunities that just need you to think about them.

Sometimes the best ideas just pop into your head. Most of the time, you'll need some help to make it come to life. But with some great help, they can be a reality.

> The act of writing down ideas on paper with pen or pencil. This also helps your brain to work on ideas. You get lots of ideas out of it.

> 2. Create milestones:

> Your first step should be to set some milestones that you want to accomplish. Maybe you want to write 5 pages of content per day, or you want to get 100 likes on Facebook, or you want to send 3 emails a day, etc. This gives you some kind of measurement that you are in the right track and it also helps you to stick to your plan.

> 3. Schedule time for you to do it:

This time can be your actual time or a time in which you do something else. Maybe you want to read a book in the evening or you want to workout in the evening or you want to write an article. So schedule these things in so that you can stick to your plan.

> 4. Create accountability partners:

> If you do not do it, you alone are held accountable. There is no-one else to blame but yourself. So find someone that is on the same road as you and make them accountable to you. It is very easy to blame your boss, but blaming your friends will not get you anywhere. You can also design a ladder that goes from small to large. This can help you keep track of your achievements.

> 6. Keep track of your steps:

> You can use a journal to keep track of your steps. Maybe you want to walk 3 miles in the morning and 7 miles in the afternoon. So you would write down these steps in your journal and then later in the day, you can subtract the miles walked from the miles walked in the morning and add the miles walked in the afternoon. This helps you to be accountable to yourself.

> 7. Track your progress:

> For most people, achieving their goals is a gradual process. So track your progress. Be sure to measure your progress with reliable methods. This helps to be accountable to yourself and when you measure your progress with reliable methods, you will be able to know with some certainty what your successes and failures are.

> 8. Have a deadline:

> The deadline can be a strict deadline or an informal deadline. Whatever it is, you must set a deadline and stick to it. Otherwise, you will be loose and unpredictable.

> 9. Always love yourself:

> The only way you can truly love yourself is by loving yourself wholeheartedly and completely. Every day you must love yourself. You cannot make changes in your life without love. If you stop loving yourself, you cannot make changes in your life.

> Make sure you know what is going on in your life and be aware. What this means is you should be watching your thoughts and opinions about your life. You should be paying attention to your feelings and ask yourself if these feelings are right for you. If you are not paying attention to your feelings, you are open for negative feelings to come and make your life not as you want it to be.

> 11. Live in the present moment:

> Living in the present moment is very important. This means you should not let your past live on in your thoughts and emotions. Don't think how you want to have acted in the past or how you should have behaved. This will only cause you stress and anger. Instead, live in the moment and always look to the future. Do your best to be grateful for what you have now and look forward to the good things to come.
